Smarton TV is a distributor of pre-existing internet-based streaming content and does not host, store, or upload any media files on its own servers.
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on one’s behalf) and believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to contact@smartoniptv.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
We will review valid notices and take appropriate action.
