General
What is IPTV and how does Smarton TV work?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) streams live TV and on-demand content over your internet connection instead of traditional cable or satellite. Smarton TV provides you with a username and password that you enter into a compatible IPTV app on your Smart TV, phone, tablet, PC, or any other supported device — then you instantly access 18,000+ live channels and 160,000+ on-demand titles.
Which countries' channels are available?
We cover 150+ countries including full packages for: United Kingdom, USA, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Morocco, Canada, Australia, and many more. European, Asian, Arabic and African channels are all included.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend: 25 Mbps+ for 4K Ultra HD, 10 Mbps+ for Full HD 1080p, and 5 Mbps+ for HD 720p. For watching on multiple devices simultaneously, multiply the speed per device. Most modern home broadband connections work perfectly.

For Android, we recommend TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro. For iOS, use GSE Smart IPTV. Our support team is also available 24/7 on WhatsApp to help you step by step.
How many devices can I use at the same time?
Each plan allows simultaneous connections: Single Device plans = 1 screen at a time. Multi-Device plans: 2-Device = 2 screens, 3-Device = 3 screens, 4-Device = 4 screens. You can install the app on unlimited devices but only stream on the number of screens your plan allows.
Can I use a VPN with Smarton TV?
Yes, Smarton TV is compatible with VPN services. However, we recommend connecting to a server close to your actual location for the best streaming speeds. Using a VPN with very distant servers may reduce stream quality.
